Because everyone listing on GoParkEasy has to be real. A government-issued ID, proof of ownership or authorisation for the space, and your bank details let us confirm you're the lawful owner or authorised operator, keep fraudulent listings off the platform, and pay you correctly. Your documents are used only for verification, account authentication and fraud prevention — they're never shown to renters, never made public, and never sold. They're encrypted in transit and at rest with access limited to the team that needs them, handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and kept only as long as that purpose requires. Your space is shown to nearby drivers searching the GoParkEasy app and website. Verified renters can book instantly or send a request, based on your settings.
